Location: White Oak Recreation Area, Jordan Lake State Park, Apex, NC

May 2, 2010 - Ride starts PROMPTLY at 10:00, RAIN OR SHINE |
- The ride is an AMA sanctioned event and its 6 th year in the Triangle Area.
- The ride is NON-STOP lead by officers from the Cary Motorcycle Division.
- Ride duration is about 70 minutes traveling 50 miles via some nice country roads.
- All bikes must be street legal; all riders must wear helmets.
- Minors must have the AMA waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian

Registration Opens - White Oak Recreation Area, Jordan Lake State Park . Complimentary coffee & donuts are available |

Registration Closes - There is a brief riders’ meeting to explain the riding safety recommendations. |

Ride Begins - Although funds are raised all year for the Ride for Kids® , we focus upon the patient survivors (Stars) and their families on the day of the ride. We solicit sidecars and trikes to carry our “Stars’ … and they ride at the front behind the Cary motorcycle unit. |
| 10:25 - 10:40 |
Spectator Point, Courthouse, Pittsboro, NC - The 2010 ride will include a ‘loop-back’ around the Pittsboro, NC courthouse so the kids in front will pass all the bikes ‘behind’ them. |
| 11:15 |
Arrival back at White Oak - The ride ends with a Celebration of Life. A light lunch is provided upon arrival after which you will hear from the kids, their parents, and their doctors. |

Celebration of Life marking the completion of the 2010 Triangle Area Ride for Kids® and drawing for a motorcycle. |
